Refund policy

If you have a change of heart within the first 24 hours after making a purchase, you may contact me at ChristeenCArtStudio@gmail.com to cancel your order. This offer is only valid within the first 24 hours as extra work is put into the artwork after purchase to prepare it for its new home. To avoid confusion, please carefully review the sizes and surface types of the artwork you are interested in before purchasing.

Normally, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless damage occurs during transit. However, if you have any issues with your order, you can contact me directly at ChristeenCArtStudio@gmail.com to discuss possible solutions and if a refund can be issued. If a refund is issued, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If free shipping was provided on the original purchase, the cost of shipping will also be deducted from the refund and a receipt will be provided. Refunds will only be processed once the returned artwork is received. All artwork is packaged with great care to ensure safe transit.

To ensure a perfect fit for your home, please review the artwork's sizes, surfaces, and hanging styles before making a purchase. If you are unsure about color matching, you can request a video of the artwork before making a purchase. We also offer custom commissions if you prefer something made to order to match the colors in your home and desired size.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Once payment is received through my website, I begin ordering supplies, preparing boards/canvases, readying my workspace, color matching, and outsourcing specific colors requested for your custom request. All details of commissions are discussed and agreed upon before purchase, and I will keep you updated on your custom piece throughout the creation process.
